Order processing
Because we are small company and want to provide you with fresh, quality makeup/skin care; we do not keep stock of every product at our studio. When you place an order, the warehouse ships your items to us first for inspection, then we ship your items to you. All orders are processed within 24 - 72 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days from time order has been placed, excluding all holidays. If there should be a delay with your shipment, you will be notified via email a.s.a.p. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on location; Skin Care products may take longer. Were sorry at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to destinations outside of Canada and the United States.
Order cancellations
Once order has been placed, cancellations or changes are unavailable.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
1. Item(s) not available.
2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request.

How do I use a coupon code?
When viewing your checkout page, you will see a section to the left at the bottom of your product list that will read enter coupon. Please enter your code in this section and be sure to click apply to view your new estimated total during checkout.*
*One promotion code can be used per order. Most codes can only be used towards regular priced items and are invalid towards already discounted items or value sets, unless otherwise specified by stila cosmetics. Pro Artists are exempt from using any promotion codes. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers and to modify or cancel promotions due to system errors or unforeseen problems.
Is there a maximum order size?
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than three (3) units of any item.
What if my shipping address is incorrect after my order is complete?If you noticed that your address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] immediately as your order is likely already in the shipping queue and may no longer be available for changes.
If your order has already shipped to the original incorrect shipping address provided, please contact Canada Post to see if it can be rerouted to your modified shipping address. If it has been rerouted to our warehouse your package will be processed as a return and you will need to replace your order, as we are unable to ship an order twice. Promotions used on the undeliverable order will not be extended to your replacement order, if it is no longer valid.
Can I modify my order once it has been processed?
Sorry, once your order has been processed, it enters the shipping queue and no further changes can be made. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it, you can contact customer care at [email protected]
What if my order doesn't contain all of the items listed on my packing slip?
If one or more items are missing from your package and are listed on the packing slip, please contact Customer Care team [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the package to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and we are able to perform an audit report. If we are contacted after the 15 business days, we may be unable to process this request
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has successfully been picked up by Canada Post Nicole Webster Makeup is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact Canada Post to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.

If an item should be sold out, not to worry, we will be in stock soon! check back with us daily. If you have any questions regarding a sold out product please contact us here.
Payment methods
Nicole Webster Makeup accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express through a secure on line payment center. We also accept Paypal account transfers, if you have a Paypal account. We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment:
CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside of Canada and the United States, gift certificates or layaway.
Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

All mandatory sales taxes will be applied to orders being shipped to the following provinces & territories- ON, QC, BC, AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE, NT, YT, NU
