Sanitation Policy
Sanitation and hygiene are of high priority at NW Collective. All tools are thoroughly cleaned twice weekly & sanitized/lightly cleaned on a daily basis and in-between every client. Disposable tools (mascara wands, sponges, spatulas, q-tips, lip brushes, etc) are used to avoid contamination; we do not double dip into our cream and liquid products. We strive to maintain the most stringent levels of sanitation possible to ensure your health and safety.
Deposited Monies Policy
Bridal services, Industry services & services for groups of three or more require a non-refundable deposit down payment to book and secure your date. Deposit amount is at the discretion of the artist and can be paid by cash, EMT (email money transfer) or credit; a 3% service charge will apply.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of individual services and a 48 hour notice for cancellation of group services (3 or more). Cancellations made less than 24 or 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price if you were not required to pay a non-refundable deposit at booking . Failure to show or cancellation with less than 1 hour notice will result in 100% of the service price will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduled appointments must occur within 2 weeks of originally scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments for later than two weeks will be charged 50% of the service price. This 50% will then be placed on your account and can be used as a credit when you reschedule your appointment. Also if you are unsure of when you can reschedule, this will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged according to our cancellation policy. For services booked during a special, in order to keep your special service price, you must rebook your appointment before the offer end date.
Late arrivals
If you are unable to make it on time please call ahead to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated. We will do our best to make sure you can still have your service but it may have to be augmented due to time restraints. Full service charges will apply.
Gratuities
Gratuities are welcomed and greatly appreciated by our artist. Cash tips are preferred, however we also accept Credit Card.
