Returns and exchanges
Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges on materials in good condition. All products are final sale.
If your product should arrive damaged from shipment, please save all original packaging and documents and notify us immediately at email@example.com, Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service. You will have 48 hours from the date received to report any damaged goods. In the event of shipping damage, you will be able to make an exchange for the same product only. Please ship items via Canada post standard shipping, shipping fees will not be refunded. You are advised to insure your package and to keep the tracking number for your own reference as it may also be requested to provide that number at a later date. We are not responsible for any packages shipped without insurance or tracking number. Once we have received your damaged items, you will be sent your replacement. No COD (cash on delivery) order deliveries will be accepted. Please ship your damaged products to:

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post standard service only.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Shipping rules and restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays in Canada.
- Overnight or second day service is not available
- We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside of Canada and the United States.
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days from time of purchase. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on location.
Once order has been placed, processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
